XPeng P7+ in India: can you get one?
No โ there is no official way to buy the XPeng P7+ in India today.
XPeng has no official sales or import channel in India. India's Press Note 3 (April 2020) requires prior government approval for investment from countries sharing a land border with China, and BYD's $1bn plant proposal was rejected on security grounds in July 2023. Chinese carmakers can export cars to India but cannot easily build or set up here, so almost none have.
Chinese-owned brands you can buy in India today: BYD, MG (SAIC). Confirmed to be arriving: Leapmotor (via the Stellantis joint venture, first model due FY2026โ27).
