Xiaomi Skynomad in Germany: can you get one?

No — there is no official way to buy the Xiaomi Skynomad in Germany today, and not because of Germany's rules.

Xiaomi sells cars in mainland China only. Xiaomi sells its cars only in mainland China. CEO Lei Jun has said Xiaomi will consider overseas sales from 2027, starting in Europe, because domestic demand is still absorbing essentially all of its production capacity.

Xiaomi has publicly targeted 2027 for its first sales outside mainland China, with Europe (Germany named in reporting) as the first destination. No launch date has been confirmed for any individual country. Unofficial export brokers do advertise these cars outside China. Buying that way means no Xiaomi warranty, no official service network, no over-the-air update guarantee, and local type-approval is your problem — Xiaomi does not support cars sold outside mainland China.
